World View
Silver bell chime at midnight
Vibration ripples through my brittle bones.
Soft beeswax candle casts halo on silk
Sweet wine from Italy resplendent in cup
Bone juts through the ebony sky
Starlight spills across my skin.
Turquoise bracelet abandoned
Beads heavy with dew
Moonlight reflects off their shining surface
Eyes of the world meet each other and
Blink.
