It is cold outside
I can hear the winds howling
I think it wants me.

I can hear the wind howling and leaves crinkling in the background as I read this. Perfect poem for the fall.

Unwanted Life
Depression, death, and the coldness of nihilism certainly want to claim my withered soul

This one really resonated with me today. Not sure why, but the imagery and words really spoke to me. It is so easy to feel hopeless right now! Thanks for sharing another amazing poem.

Such a spooky element, ready for Halloween. The photo is scary! 😂🙈

Halloween . . . a time when all things innocent become wicked . . .

I absolutely love reading your poetry, I interpreted this in the horror-movie style, hearing the wind howling which keeps the person up which means the ‘wind’ wants the person to stay awake or get lost in a forest next to the home – very halloween-ish!
Jaya Avendel
A lovely interpretation, especially as the winds are howling nicely where I live! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. 🙂

😆 We are not quite to Halloween yet but I thought it was fitting. Frankly, I fancy the photo a touch more than the poem.
