Two rows of writing
Blur into one tale but you
Read between the lines.

Lovely piece!

Great piece! It’s wonderful how you convey such a powerful message in so few words!

Loved reading this one, Jaya! I see this in a lot of speech or words online. A big part of understanding is reading between the lines which can be good and bad haha. Thanks for sharing xx

I feel this too, Lynn. It is constant reading between the lines that causes trouble when we should be reading the actual text and vice versa too in some cases. We need balance for sure! 🙂
Della Driscoll
I love this so much, it hit me right in the feels! Beautiful words xx

Short yet powerful poem, incredible work Jaya! x

Short but powerful–often you don’t many words to convey meaning and emotion.
Simona ~ The Grumpy Olive
Sometimes very few words can blow you off your feet, and this is what your words have just done to me Jaya, so thank you.
Jaya Avendel
I am delighted this connected with you so profoundly, Simona!

I always find it amazing how such few words can make such a powerful message.

Ah, yes, Jaya, it’s always the unseen that’s the most fun to see. Lovely.

A picture is worth a thousand words. But a poem from Jaya is worth a thousand pictures. 😉
Jaya Avendel
🙏😍 Yours are among the kindest and most inspiring words I have ever received! Thank you.
Unwanted Life
Although it wasn’t your intention, your work reminded me of my issues with dyslexia, with how rows of writing always blur together as I completely miss what I’ve just read and have to reread again.
Another great piece, the world exists in the gray so you often have to read between the lines
Jaya Avendel
😍 Oo, I am so happy that your perspective on this is so new and yet so welcome. Thank you for sharing the way you read this!

I love this, I feel like so many of us are wired to try and look between the lines of almost everything we see. Intuition is such a powerful tool.

This is stunning, deep work. I really like how you created it from the prompt. As short as it is, it truly resonates with me, which is not easy to do in such few words. Great work! You have a way with words.
Jaya Avendel
Thank you so much, Brianna!

I feel a real connection to this lovely piece! The meaning of words aren’t always perceived as they are written. Thanks for sharing!

This little poem has your signature in it- build a fence with words, hide a few treasures, and leave it for the readers to pick the gems.
Three rows of a lovely haiku that brought a smile to my face 🙂
I don’t find short necessarily sweet except for the works of a few writers and you are 100% one of them.
Thanks for sharing xx
Jaya Avendel
Aww, thank you so much, Jess, for your incredible read!
Heidi Bruaw
This is very deep. I love it! There is so much meaning between the lines.

And this is LOVE at the first sight!
i simply adore reading between the lines <3
I share.
THANK YOU SO MUCH

So skillfully done!

Beautifully said. I resonate with this a lot; we depict so much in our writing, we hide the meanings that most don’t see. What a beautiful thing when someone discovers and hits those nuances that we thought we hid so well! I only have one friend that hits the nail every time and it still shocks me lol (not in surprise but just knowing someone else gets it, really gets it, it’s powerful).
You state this beautifully, eloquently in brevity. 👏👏
Jaya Avendel
Thank you, Lucy, for sharing your between the lines experience!
