  2. I love the imagery and dynamics you can capture in so few words. The contrast between the power I associate with the word lioness and the passivity of the word doe is intriguing to me–especially with the doe’s place in the poem’s drama.

  3. This makes for a really interesting snapshot! The title almost seems to betray something sinister, but in the forefront it captures a fascinating image of nature
