  1. I love that if you focus on one photo over the other, your poem tells a very different story than if you look at the other photo. Like others have said, it speaks volumes in so few words which is really incredible.

    I find that it’s usually the people who think a joke is just a joke that are more likely to use physical punishments against their children. Interesting to think about…

      1. Love this, Jaya! The first image tells a story at it’s face value. The second has a much deeper message. It takes vision and commitment to stop in the moment and choose an alternative response. The audience of two is taking it all in. What do we want to teach our children?
