  1. This one was so relatable! This is definitely me in both over high stress scenarios and also the smallest of things sometimes, overthinking and over-planning for worst case possibilities that are unlikely to actually happen. Thanks for sharing Jaya!

  2. I love this one. It’s so simple but so applicable to all of us! Even just reading the comments and seeing people talking about how they overthink things, prepare for the worst possible outcome which never actually comes! I always catch myself doing this so really can relate to this!

  3. That sounds like me when I have to make a phone call or when I had to travel somewhere near when my psychosis was at it’s worse. Lots of planning expecting the worst possible outcomes that never actually came


  4. I feel like we as humans are conditioned to prepare for things that we cant see. That said, with preparation comes the development of skill.

  5. I don’t know to tell you why, but this hit something inside. I have anxiety and probably the way I feel and interpret it gets connected with that. This is really good!
