Silence

Peace is in the air

I cannot hear the winds howl

Though the world rages.

  1. Great Haiku, Jaya! I relate to this so much. Sometimes I worry that the peace I have may seem ignorant but I don’t know how I would handle just listening to the world’s rage constantly. Especially during these times where there’s so much certainty and heaviness! Peace is bliss. Loved this xx

      1. I found mine on a beach in New Zealand. We call them kina shells. They’re not everywhere, mainly on beaches in the far north of the country. I have them stacked up like the ones in the picture you posted.
