Food for thought…look back over your shoulder. This makes me think of the many things we have yet to resolve and confront, yet life always tells us to keep looking forward. How can we when the baggage keeps us chained and reminds us it needs clearing?

A marvelous way of expressing this! While it can hurt to hold yourself back when you should move forward, it is good to know when to pause and clean up.
